BÖSE Fahrzeugbau develops and manufactures practical swing-wall bodies for trucks and other vehicle solutions for demanding transport tasks.
BÖSE swing-wall bodies provide quick and wide-area access to the cargo area. The side walls are divided horizontally: In the roof-mounted version, the upper wall panel extends over the vehicle roof, while the lower panel folds downward. A specially designed spring mechanism supports the entire movement sequence. This allows the walls to be opened and closed quickly, in a controlled manner, and with very little effort.
Within a short time, nearly the entire side of the vehicle is available for loading and unloading. This particularly facilitates side access with a forklift, shortens loading times, and ensures efficient workflows in beverage logistics and distribution transport.
Depending on the vehicle and intended use, we tailor the swing-wall body individually to the cargo, pallet dimensions, payload, and loading processes. Tail lifts, load securing systems, partition walls, flooring solutions, and other equipment components are also seamlessly integrated.
