The BÖSE SIDE-SLIDER body with a quick-slide side tarp can be opened and closed in no time at all. The Side-Slider’s quick-slide side tarp consists of a series of individual stanchions. Each stanchion is mounted on a sliding mechanism and, together with the tarp, forms a single unit. In a matter of seconds, the cargo area can be opened for loading by sliding the Side-Slider side curtain together. Conventional stanchions and support slats are completely replaced.
Conventional roller guides in the area of the outer frame—which are prone to damage and require frequent repairs—are replaced by an extremely durable monoblock using the shuttle principle.
To best meet the ever-increasing requirements for transport safety, the Side-Slider body has been certified in accordance with the applicable standards DIN-EN 12195-1, DIN-EN 12642 (Code XL), VDI Guideline 2700, and Daimler Guideline 9.5. For form-fitting loads, no additional securing measures are required. The Side-Slider’s DEKRA certificate confirms its suitability for transporting everything from general cargo to beverages and barrel goods.
